Saturdays, January 11 thru March 22, 2025
12-4pm
Whale Tale Brewing Company Taproom
Admittedly, the months of January, February, and March are typically quiet in Cape May County. The holiday season has come to an end, and the excitement of a new warmer spring and summer season has not arrived yet. Many business owners take these months to research new products, complete renovations, and give their staff some well deserved time off. However, there is still plenty to do in the heart of Cape May County during the winter, and a highlight are our Saturday Socials, where local nonprofits benefit and the community can come together to enjoy a winter day at our ocean-themed Taproom at Cape May County's relaxed and chill brewery.
A percentage of sales of our ocean-themed brews from during the Saturday Socials will go to that week's selected Cape May County nonprofit. We'll choose from a variety of Cape May County nonprofits to be the beneficiaries of the Saturday Socials. Many of them do their own promoting of the event, which results in even more people coming out to support. Each nonprofit will be on hand to showcase what they do for our community. We'll also have live music, a food truck on site, and prizes!
Selected Nonprofits:
January 11th: Cape May Police Department
January 18th: Cape May County Habitat for Humanity
January 25th: Animal Outreach of Cape May County
February 1st: East Lynne Theater Company
February 8th: Cape May County Coast Guard Community Foundation
February 15th: Caring for Kids
February 22nd: Ancient Order of Hibernians Cape May County
March 1st: Cape May Cares
March 8th: Nature Center of Cape May
March 15th: Cape May MAC
March 22nd: Cape May Community Food Closet
The team at Whale Tale truly enjoys being able to provide a way for folks to give back to local organizations that are truly making a difference in Cape May County, while also creating a unique Saturday celebration during Cape May County winters.
